🏗️ 1. Scope of Services
We provide construction and civil engineering services including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
The scope of work will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the project begins.
💰 2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Project cost will be based on design, materials, and project size.
Payment terms (advance/partial/full) will be mutually agreed before starting the project.
Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
⏱️ 3. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project.
Delays due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen issues may occur and will be communicated.
🧱 4. Materials & Quality
Quality materials will be used as per agreement.
Any changes in material specifications requested by the client may affect cost and timeline.
🔄 5. Changes & Modifications
Any changes in design or structure during construction must be approved and may result in additional charges.
⚠️ 6. Liability
We ensure quality work; however, liability is limited to the agreed project value.
We are not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters or external factors.
🚧 7. Site Responsibility
The client must provide clear access to the construction site.
Necessary permissions and approvals (if required) should be arranged by the client unless agreed otherwise.
❌ 8. Cancellation Policy
Projects can be cancelled before commencement.
Any work completed or costs incurred before cancellation will be chargeable.
🔒 9. Confidentiality
Client information, designs, and project details will be kept confidential.
⚖️ 10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
